Registrations for the 2020-2021 Summer Competition are now open!
Peninsula Softball Club would like to welcome back previous softballers and encourage new members to join us. Our players range from ages 4 to 84, and we have teams for every level of ability, from beginners to pros. In our youngest teeball division, we also welcome boys as well as girls. We can help find the right division and team for you.
Please help the Club in planning for the season ahead by registering as soon as possible. You can do this online, by clicking here.
Once registered, please assist us by paying fees within 10 days of registration. If you are using Active Kids Voucher/s you can only claim this when paying by credit card at the end of the registration process to ensure your voucher goes directly to Service NSW.
Remember, all new U12 registrations will receive a free glove, helmet, cap and ball courtesy of Manly Warringah Softball Association so spread the word to your friends who have not played before. Once registered the Registrar will be in contact to get your glove/helmet size from you.
We have kept the fees to the same levels as last year, and there are discounts available for multiple registrations in the same family. Most children should also be eligible for a $100 Active Kids Rebate, too.
Each player requires their own uniform. Shirts will be provided. For more information about uniforms and equipment, please click here.
If you require any uniform items (pants/shorts/cap/visor) please fill in our online submission form. The turnaround on orders is 4 weeks.
We also encourage all parents/players to become involved in Coaching, Managing a team, Scoring, Umpiring, any club duties (eg; BBQ/Canteen/Grounds) and Working Bees. Please do indicate if you’d like to be involved.
Because of the delayed start of winter sports, our summer competition will start slightly late, on October 17, 2020.
Please like our FaceBook Page and follow us on Instagram so you can keep up to date with all important information. Our website also will be a source of information as well.
Peninsula Softball Club is committed to keeping our members regularly updated in relation to Covid-19 and how it affects our sport. We will provide regular updates as information is available and address any questions our members may have. As we work through these challenging and uncertain times the safety and health of our members remains our top priority and to ensure that Peninsula Softball Club remains strong. Please be sure to follow the government health advice about Covid-19. We all need to do our part to help to get through this safely.
In the event of unforeseen changes in circumstances, players may request a refund of fees. A refund request will need to clearly state you intend to withdraw from the Summer Season.
We hope you have an enjoyable softball season with Peninsula Softball Club. If you have any questions about your registration or the competition please contact Sammi.
Yours in Softball
